```Job Summary```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

```Qualifications```
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience providing personal care assistance
- Familiarity with dementia care is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
